Creative Nightscapes was discovered via a Google search. When I contacted the company the response was immediate. We met with Jerry, who listened to our ideas, walked the property, developed a plan, and met again to discuss his strategy. The installation date was the next week, the crew arrived on time, worked non-stop until completion, and cleaned up the property. The workers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After installation, Jerry met with us again to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. We discuss a few minor revisions. The crew arrived two days later to make the minor modifications. Unlike most companies, Creative Nightscapes did not require a deposit before the actual work. The payment was not requested until the work was completed and reviewed and we as the customer were completely satisfied. Highly recommend.
